The plan b documentary “Energiewende zu Hause – günstiger Strom für Mieter” has been honored with the CONSTRUCTIVE WORLD AWARD 2026 in the category “Innovative Infrastructure”.
The award was presented to journalists Jasmin Cilesiz Linhart and Annette Hoth (ZDF / plan b), as well as the documentary’s protagonist, Timo Leukefeld. Jasmin Cilesiz Linhart and Timo Leukefeld accepted the award on June 11, 2026, during the official awards ceremony at Fotografiska Berlin.
The CONSTRUCTIVE WORLD AWARD was established by FOCUS Online in 2023. The award recognizes journalistic work that highlights constructive solutions to societal challenges and showcases people and initiatives that are driving positive change.
