At the Munich International Film Festival, taking place from June 26 to July 5, the first two episodes of the series “NO MERCY – AGAINST THE LAW” will be screened on Sunday, June 28, and Wednesday, July 1.
The series follows criminal investigator Lea, who spent eight years in prison after being convicted of her mother’s murder. She is only released when her father confesses to the crime and subsequently takes his own life. But Lea does not believe he is guilty. Back at the Salzburg State Criminal Police Office, she begins searching for answers, facing a police system determined to keep the truth hidden.
