Der Bergdoktor (season 11)

After Bergdoktor Dr. Martin Gruber has separated from his girl-friend Rike and has clarified the fronts with his ex-girlfriend Anne, he could concentrate fully on himself and his work. But new disaster is approaching: Surprisingly, Ludwig Gruber, the brother of Martins and Hans’ father Johann Gruber, appears in Ellmau. In a joint mountain tour of the two brothers 25 years ago, Johann had a fatal accident and Ludwig had then left home. But the reunion joy of the family is limited: Martin never had a particularly good relationship with his uncle and Lisbeth Ludwig not only blame for the death of her husband – their vehement rejection has quite different reasons.
Hans Gruber, on the other hand, always liked his uncle very much and is glad to see him again. Lilli can not understand all the excitement, especially since her great-uncle is seriously ill and wants to make peace. But Ludwig unintentionally drives a wedge into the family. A little variety and a neutral view of all problems finds Martin Gruber at the new pharmacist in Ellmau. Franziska Hochstetter is a tough woman, with whom Martin is friendly friends.
Martin’s friend Alexander Kahnweiler and his partner Vera Fendrich fall into a crisis when suddenly suspicion arises that Alexander may be the birth father of their foster-son Jens-Torben.
